Agreement
By using Levar88.com, submitting a service request, or purchasing a blog consulting or promotional service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Levar88 offers blog consulting, sponsored-content, and promotional services. The current standard offers are a blog post for $50 and a blog post plus a 48-hour marketing push for $250. Scope may vary by project and must be confirmed before work begins.
Payment
Levar88 currently accepts payment only through Cash App to $shoplevar88. Submitting a form does not constitute payment. Work begins only after payment is verified.
Editorial discretion
Payment does not purchase a guaranteed positive opinion, endorsement, ranking, or editorial conclusion. Levar88 retains editorial discretion over wording, titles, formatting, links, images, disclosures, and whether submitted material is appropriate for publication. We may decline or cancel work involving unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise unacceptable material.
Sponsored-content disclosure
Paid or sponsored relationships may be clearly disclosed where required by law, platform rules, or editorial standards. You agree that Levar88 may label content as sponsored, paid, promoted, advertisement, partner content, or similar language when appropriate.
Client-provided materials
You represent that you have the legal right to provide and authorize use of all names, logos, trademarks, images, video, music, links, claims, testimonials, statistics, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims and for obtaining any permissions, releases, licenses, or consents required for those materials.
No guaranteed results
Levar88 does not guarantee views, reach, impressions, clicks, followers, search rankings, media pickup, sales, leads, conversions, revenue, or any other business result. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control.
48-hour marketing push
The 48-hour marketing push means Levar88 will provide promotional activity for an approximately 48-hour campaign window using Levar88-owned or selected channels and placements. It does not guarantee continuous posting, a specific number of impressions, paid-ad spend, placement on third-party platforms, or any minimum performance unless separately agreed in writing.
Changes and approvals
Clients should provide accurate instructions before work begins. Material changes requested after writing or publishing may require an additional fee. Levar88 may make reasonable edits for accuracy, readability, legal compliance, platform rules, and editorial quality.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, Levar88 retains ownership of its site, branding, templates, design, and original editorial work. Clients retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide. Publication of a post does not transfer ownership of the Levar88 website or brand.
Third-party platforms
Levar88 may use or link to third-party platforms, including Cash App and social-media services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, algorithm changes, policy changes, or other actions outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levar88 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from materials or claims you supplied, your violation of another party’s rights, or your unlawful use of Levar88 services.
